SUP is beginner-friendly — most people stand within the first 10 minutes. We'll give you a quick 15-minute training session, and then you're ready to go. 📌 You Should Know Before Booking

· Safety briefing will be conducted before the activity to ensure your safety. · This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with disability, heart problems or other serious medical conditions. · Bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes · Sunset time varies by season — we'll confirm the meet-up time with you · It's beginner-friendly — no experience needed, it's beautiful, and it's one of the best ways to end a day in KK. If you're still unsure, just ask us — we'll help you decide. · Any damage of the property caused by the guests will be charged as a replacement cost.

💳 Deposit & Payment

· A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid after the tour guide picks you up. · Deposits are non-refundable.

📋 Cancellation & No-Show

· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows on the day, will be charge the full tour fee.
· If bad weather or unforeseeable circumstances occur, we'll work with you to reschedule, adjust the itinerary, or issue a refund.
