· Weather or unforeseen circumstances — if your charter is affected by bad weather or other unexpected events, we will work with you to reschedule, adjust the itinerary, or issue a refund.
· Unused services — no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour after it has commenced.
· No-show or last-minute cancellations — will incur a 100% tour fee.
